Generated EAs do not constitute financial advice, trading signals, or recommendations
under any jurisdiction.
Risk Disclosure

Backtest results are historical simulations and do not guarantee future performance.
Payments & Digital Goods
All purchases relate to digital software products.
Once an EA is generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their trading strategies
Expert Advisor AI retains ownership of its platform, automation systems, and software
framework
Limitation of Liability
Expert Advisor AI shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Missed profits
- System downtime

- Use of the platform is at the client’s own risk.
